Why we do it.

We want to do something good! We love working on interesting and complicated challenges, and having fun along the way, but most of all we want to have a positive, lasting impact on the world. Part of our work will always include supporting charitable organisations.

Supporting individuals to be their best at work, either through coaching, leadership development, or enabling transitions – for example, career transitions, and return to work following parental leave. 

We use a mixture of coaching models, Occupational Psychology, and Systems Leadership Theory to create bespoke solutions that will help people face the challenges of today.

A play on the word collaboration, CoLAB is all about helping teams, from the executive to the operational, to understand each other and work effectively together. 

We use a combination of psychometrics and high performing team models to provide a common language to talk about who they are. Our interventions focus on building trust, resolving conflict and learning how to get the best out of each other.

We’re so passionate about using Psychology and Systems Leadership Theory to help tackle the big challenges organisations face today.

Hi, we're Sam & Laura.

We are both Organisational Psychologists and we first worked together, as consultants, in 2008 with clients such as Heathrow Airport, London 2012 Olympics,  Network Rail and The NHS.

BehaviourLAB is a much-anticipated dream for us both. It’s an opportunity for us to build a business that’s based on our values of working empathetically with people, providing evidence based insight and leaving a lasting impact.  

As Bill Marklein puts it “Culture is how employees’ hearts and stomachs feel about Monday morning on Sunday night”. We believe that organisations and leaders have a responsibility to create healthy, productive and sustainable organisations.
