Vale Base Metals recently separated from VALE, a global mining company. With a new CEO and executive team incoming, the HR team needed to prepare for significant changes.

OUR APPROACH

We designed and delivered a week-long program. Through interactive workshops, role-playing, and self-reflection, participants learned to lead with emotional intelligence, enhancing communication and decision-making skills.

ADDING VALUE

Leveraging 30 years of research on Systems Leadership, we presented evidence-based and psychological models to help the team understand culture, team dynamics, and capability.

OUTCOME

The program equipped the HR team with the tools to navigate and lead through change effectively. With the new CEO’s arrival, they will start to  use these tools to embed a new culture and way of working across the organisation.

CONCLUSION

We were able to provide VALE Base Metals HR team with a shared language, framework and toolkit, to work together more effectively and lead the change required with the new CEO.
