We took the time to understand our client’s desired outcomes, focusing on personal and professional development, building relationships across the cohort, and preparing Associates for line management roles. Group coaching was chosen as the best approach to meet these needs.

ADDING VALUE

Group coaching enabled the team to reinforce learning, support each other, build trust, practice questioning, and give feedback—key skills for future line management. We designed group sessions using an action learning approach, combining coaching with upskilling in coaching techniques. This not only developed their coaching skills but also empowered the groups to become self-sustaining without external facilitation.

OUTCOME

The initiative was a resounding success, with a 100% Net Promoter Score (NPS). All attendees recommended our group coaching, highlighting its effectiveness in building team relationships and preparing Associates for future roles.
